The
mandated catchment area for the program is the City of Winnipeg and surrounding
rural areas. To this point in time, the vast majority of the program's
participants have been nominated from select public schools. In addition
to logistical considerations, the school's reputation, level of school
need, and commitment to the program are factors in determining which schools
to choose.
